Technology is such a big part of my life, it is hard to imagine life without it. The biggest problem technology is distraction. After class I hop on my computer to check my email and look at the long list of homework I need to get done. The next thing I know it is an hour and a half later and I haven't even started my homework and in some cases I haven't even checked my email.
This becomes very frustrating. How can I get so distracted so quickly and not even notice it? Technology is very useful and we can learn a lot from it. My biggest hurdle is not letting it consume and distract me.
